This isn’t great for our planet, because rubber takes a very, very long time to decompose naturally. Furthermore, old rubber tyres become a fire risk.
Rather than seeing these old tyres as just a problem, we see them as an opportunity.
Our Recycling Approach
Through a clean and efficient recycling process, our livestock mats use waste tyres as a key component in the manufacturing process.
Almost all of our mats are a combination of this recycled rubber and some new, or virgin, rubber. The new rubber ensures that our mats are durable and long-lasting, a crucial factor for our customers and their animals.
